All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory on our Website; however, occasional discrepancies may occur. If any item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding options to either wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Shipping charges are collected along with the product payment, and this amount will be the final shipping cost paid by the customer.

3. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day from the date of payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We make every effort to minimize delays during holiday periods.

4. Change of Delivery Address

Customers may request a delivery address change any time before the order is dispatched.

5. P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. Box addresses via postal services only. Courier partners may not be available for these locations.

6. Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS or equivalent postal services. Courier partners cannot deliver to military addresses.

7. Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will hold the order until all items become available. Existing items in your order will remain reserved until dispatch.

8. Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery exceeds the expected timeline, please contact us. We will investigate promptly with the shipping provider.

9. Tracking Notifications

After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link with real-time updates from the shipping provider.

10. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, we recommend rejecting it at delivery and contacting our customer service immediately. If damaged items were delivered in your absence, please contact us for the next steps.

11.2 Import Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

If a customer refuses to pay duties or taxes, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense. A refund will be issued for the product value minus return shipping costs. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
